Larkin Development Group is currently completing the historic adaptation of 696 Seneca Street. Originally built as a nunnery and rectory, the building has had many lives since, including as an employee clubhouse for the Larkin Soap Company. The Building now holds nine apartment units conveniently located adjacent to Larkin Square and all the amenities the neighborhood has to offer, including countless new walkable places to dine and shop.

Please note: This Building does not allow pets. If you are looking to live with your pet, check out Millrace Commons, 864 and 872 Seneca,
