Millrace Commons

Millrace Commons is an 85,000 sq. ft. mixed use building at 799 Seneca Street in the heart of Larkinville. The building includes 70 market rate rental apartments made up of studio, one and two bedroom units, and 13,000 square feet of ground floor retail. City Clubhouse

City Clubhouse is an adaptive reuse project opening Summer 2024. The mixed use building is located at 696 Seneca Street in the heart of Larkinville and includes 9 market rate rental apartments (one and two bedroom units) and one commercial office. Units are finished in materials honoring the historic nature of the building, including hardwood floors throughout units. Residential amenities include covered parking and access to the neighboring Pool Club.

Tours and leasing begin late May 2024, move-ins beginning July 2024.
